Thinking Further:
The User Guide for AI
They Never Gave You
AI is here. The instructions are not.
Most professionals have access to powerful tools and almost no useful guidance on how to think with them. Thinking Further is the missing manual: a practical account of what actually changes in your working life when AI becomes part of how you think, decide and deliver.
Not what AI can do in a demo, but what it does for the work in front of you on Monday morning. No prompt tricks. No hype. Just judgement, applied.
-
How people and teams actually work with AI, and what it does to judgement.
-
Turning ambiguous, high-stakes problems into something a team can actually start on, including impact assessment, training needs analysis, and program and project delivery.
-
National-scale climate challenges where the numbers are large, coordination is hard, and progress depends on getting many parties moving in the same direction.
-
Using AI to compress what used to take a team and a budget. Exploring what the falling cost of starting means for individuals and organisations.
Areas of Work
Current Ventures
Green Fusion AI
Green Fusion AI is a soil intelligence venture applying AI to regenerative agriculture. Christian founded the company and took it through the 12-week CivVic Labs accelerator.
Habitect
Habitect was an AI-powered home intelligence platform for residential decarbonisation and climate resilience. It modelled a household’s energy system, tracked the habits that actually move the numbers, and scored how long a home could stand up on its own in an outage.
Christian founded Habitect and built the working prototype himself, using AI in place of a technical co-founder. The venture won Most Promising Startup at the Relaunch Incubator and completed a pre-accelerator with non-equity funding.
Fifteen years across consulting, climate and transformation
